Is there a Dutch tailor tag inside? The cloth looks Dutch to me.

      Kind regards,

Agreed! For sure Dutch tailored using Dutch materials and methods!
            Two clues:
[1] Major clue: materials: typical Dutch color officer's gabardine ribbed smooth wool (Dutch whipcord)
[2] Proximity of the button hole slits to the edge. Typical Dutch, seen on German tailoring on occasion but far less frequently...much more space usually!
The two traits combined makes this a pretty safe bet; a Dutch tailored uniform. So no tailor label inside the inner breast pocket?
