Yep, I like it too! But see at the soutache of the boards and the traces leave by the former device they was carried one time, the discussion should be moved to the SS forum!!
I like the appearance within the limits of my knowledge. Any signs of a denuded arm eagle imprinted or threads on the items.
Looks like the cyphers were removed. They also appear to have had 4 prongs?

*** Here's original examples from a tunic in my collection of removed cyphers. The ghosting is clearly LAH. Note the difference in the piping texture compared to yours.
Maybe "Germania'? I'm no expert either but I think the key is to I.D. what cypher has 4 prongs by the looks of the original posted boards. This should interestingly tell us much more about this tunic.
LAH cyphers had 2 prongs that i'm aware of unless there are likely other versions . Kinda' funny for us to be goading over an SS article in the basic Heer forum, oh well no problem.
Thanks guys. I removed all the SS insigna from the tunic because they were all fakes. Someone added them to what it seemed to me a good original uniform.
