Hi Tonio53 - I will try.

I'm not an insignia expert. I can tell you two things.

I would not call this an M43 Eagle. The "T" form of patch was originally used on the Mountain Cap (Bergmütze) and was on a dark green background - later on the field gray background like yours. They were also occasionally attached to M42 and M43 caps, but the standard M43 form was a little different. The background would taper from the wingtips to the cockade.

Yours looks original to me. The photos are not clear enough (too small) but they do not like the reproductions I've encountered. With good reproductions, the back side is more telling than the front. If you could repost with a larger (higher resolution) photo that would help.
