    Signal or Cavalry shoulderboard?

    Hey guys,

    I have a shoulder board that I picked up the other day and I can't tell if its cavalry or signals if someone would be so kind as to help me identify I would be very greatful. was 36$ too much?

    Luftwaffe?

    Another possibility, Luftwaffe flight or Fallschirmjaeger.

        WH Cavalry with shiny tops for dress wear or otherwise standard LW (always shiny tops). I vote LW!
        Probably worth mid high twenties as a LW single...(for me)

          Take a clear picture of it outside in daylight with no flash and we should be able to tell the piping color, Heer signals is a dull lemon yellow.

            Yellow piped boards

            Assuming the color in the photos is close to being correct, these are way too dark to be signals, so they would be cavalry. Being sew in bright tops, they would likely be for the waffen rock. However, cavalry and LW flight used the same branch of service color. I'd say there were at least 5 times more Luft officers who wore that waffenfarbe than cavalry officers, so.... You do the math.
