    Sturmgeschütz abtl 191 boards..

    Hello,

I have these shoulderboards in my collection and they are way off my interest. I want to sell them, but I would like to have some opinions on autheticity first.

They are definately very well worn, but the are remarkably undamaged, and there are no distictive moth-marks.

It seems the soldier was promoted, as the 2 stars close the the number is the same size but the 2 others are smaller (and more oxidized).

Are these boards the real stuff.?..

And if anyone needs more pictures, please let me know..!!.

    Thanks for any opinions..!!.

Yes very nice, I like the different pips and the wear is phenomenal! Not being sew in is a definite bonus.

Congrats on your catch narkose, now all you need is a nice AG wrap to mount them on!

ah, yes, but that will surely be a somewhat expensive addition..

Not cheap but good score! Indeed promoted from 1st lieutenant to Captain!
I like such "been there" insignia that's traceable to a certain unit!

Nice wear, almost impossible to fake that. I like to see the Hauptmann pip look very different than the lower one.

Indeed, it's a collar tab pip

It is a beautiful set, and finally not so easy to find with such a "been there" patina.
                        Regards,
