German-Finnish ring

Hello.
Does anyone have information to share about this ring?
Can not see any markings, neither silver stamp or manufacturer.

Until now never seen, but it seems to be a nice period finnish/german friendship-ring. Brass with enamel.
Brass made items have usual no hallmarks and mostly no manufacturers stamp too.

Not familiar with known period patterns but it sure looks good,
nice patina etc...
