General's Tunic. Question.

What is the opinion of the better versed folks on this Ebay item?
Auction #2122045330. Have requested better pics if needed. The breast eagle looks a little high and I have never heard of having the plm ribbon actually stitched onto the collar. Opinions?

Well, the pictures are so bad it's hard to tell. It looks like the eagle is properly placed with the bottom of the wreath at the top of the pocket flap seam. As for the ribbon, I can't tell from the picture what exactly was done. However, all manner of unique attachments methods were used with the neck awards.

About all I can suggest is you get rock-solid return rights. Without being able to see the insignia details there isn't much more I can tell you.
