Hello,
The German army did not have a Camo eagle like the Luft. The Heer changed the color of the eagle from white to grey in 1939 and in 1940 changed the color of the eagle and base material color to a shade that almost mimiced the tunic color. Eagles and insignia were not supposed to be worn on camo clothing.
