How big are they? The size of WWII tabs on backings or much larger?

They are WW2 sized. Smaller than Officer's tabs. The exact same size as an RAD Leaders tab.

Never seen ones like this before, they look older than WWII to me, maybe 1920s-early 30s to guess. The litzen are woven like the Early RH pattern.

These are some kind of WW1 / pre WW1 tabs. If I remember right for lower admin officials. But my books are packed for moving, so I can not check it.
Put it in the Imperial section, and I'm sure someone can help you.
