Shoulder strap and tab ID?

Hi guys,

I'm a rookie when it comes to cloth items. I was hoping someone could help me with these.

The strap (Inf. EM?) has 2 rows of stiching, from the back it looks like it would have tress on it, but it doesn't. Is this second row of stitching ok for period pieces? They're dark green on top.

Secondly, what is this collar tab? I have a couple ideas but I'm not sure as the few books I have don't have an exact match.

Collar tab is the 1940 pattern for a Heer Beamte (Army Official).

Thanks Sarge. Any thoughts about the strap? It's part of a pair along with this tab and some other boards and tabs from different branches of service. The other stuff looks authentic.
