It looks alright to me, although I am curious why it is still so minty. Also I have no knowledge on the markings.

It is a Kriegsmarine sports vest

Regarding the markings:

III = size
Limbach/Sa = place of manufacturer in state Sachsen

Can't read the name of manufacturer above the place, looks like Otto Weijer?
