Heer Sleeve Eagle ID Please...

So a vet's daughter came in today with some pretty cool stuff; namely a Floubert pistol and, a strip of sleeve eagles the likes of which I've not seen before. Surly it's something common but I've never seen these before:

Hello rynegold,

This appears to be a strip of three blue on white naval eagles for the summer blouse. I am surprised at the way they are on the strip!! I would expect one right side up and then one upside down. It also looks like they are on more of a cotton material than a rayon. Can you take some pictures of the reverse side of these? Thanks.

Fred, my customer already left the store. But I'll try and get her back in however I've got to make her an offer? Have you ever seen these for sale? A link to one for sale? I think there are six of them and they are stained here and there.
