The tunic appears all original with the exception of the eagle which seems to not be attached however the condition looks like those worn by POWs returning from the Soviet Union in the late 40s; severely worn and threadbare.Comment

Whoever folded the collar tabs did a very poor job. I would always wonder if they were post-war applied.

Its a m43 tunic with modified pockets.....its not an M42.
Someone did a terrible job with the pockets....perhaps they were mouse-bitten?Comment

Looks like some of the buttons were replaced too. The silver finish appears to be paint.Comment
