Shoulder Boards for Heer Summer Tunic - can someone educate me on this?

I just received this pair of boards in the mail. Since there was no Waffenfarb, I assumed they would be dark blue for Kriegsmarine, but they are super dark green, like M36 boards.

So why no Waffenfarb? Is this just the way they always did it for these summer uniform style boards?

Army administration boards, I believe.

These are the early T boards for the white old style dress tunics. They are pipped in their branch farbe so these are admin I would venture to say. Nice T boards though. Matt

HV/Admin should have the dark green cord on the board braid and would usually be lighter in color, I think these maybe Coastal Artillery and just do not have the winged shell devices applied.
