Panzer Summer tunic Custom made

Dear Members,

Already a few weeks ago I bought this Summer tunic.
It was already placed on this forum some time ago for opinions about the originality.

I will show you how I "upgraded" the jacket true time.

It started as this, this is how I got it with wrong shoulder tabs.



Then I got the right shoulder boards:



And then it became this:







The gloves are believed to be period ww2 but not I don't think they are military. Still since it's a custom made jacket the gloves look okay this way.

I would really like to ask you to place some photo's for me, of soldiers wearing these type of jackets. Can't find much really.

I think this photo might show this jacket in wear but I'm not sure.

Great tunic! I really love these light weight summer tunics and have 2 of them myself. Hope to add some more this year if any come available. I know there are pics but in wear and i'll check through my photos and see if I have any. Matt

It is a nice tunic, these are probably better called lightweight tunics as they were worn in the summer but also all year in southern areas. Any NCO rank would work for it but the new ones look better with the awards.

I love the fiber of the jacket and the way it has been made. It's really a wonderful piece of work.

I just ordered a P38 holster to add to the display. I'm also really happy with my PAB. Looks great on a panzer tunic.
