Help ID SS Sleeve Waffen and one more

I am new to the site so please forgive any mistakes. These came out of a locale estate. I think the first one is a SS Sleeve Eagle possible Dachau. It measures 3 5/8" x 2 1/4"
The second one I am not sure it is on a dark blue silk like fabric. The eagle measures 4" x 1 5/8" and appears to have been sewn onto the fabric.

The first eagle is an ss sleeve eagle. I can't tell you if it is good or not. The second eagle is an Naval,enlistedmans, BeVo weave, gold on blue, uncut, breast eagle. A nice original piece.
