2 cloth eagles one tropical... opinions

Opinions on these.... one bought today, the other some time back

I also dont know if there where from a tunic or a cap.

Both eagles are reproduction.

The top eagle is a know reproduction of A tropical Heer enlisted Breast eagle.

The bottom eagle is a reproduction Of a Heer flatwire cap eagle.
