Army officer's bullion cap eagle - is it genuine?

Hi All,

I came across this eagle online and I wanted to get some opinions about whether it's OK. It looks fine to me, but I know that bullion insignia can be difficult to authenticate sometimes.

Hmmm...45 views and no comments either way. I would guess that means nobody has strong views about it being obviously genuine, or obviously fake. One to ponder. Bullion insignia can often be a tough call.
