The top eagle is a coastal artillery eagle, the bottom eagle is for the army. Both are originals.

      Greetings All,

As mentioned by PanzerJager1944 both of these eagles are nice originals. The top eagle is a 3rd style/pattern(Gold on Field Grey) Coastal Artillery enlistedmans BeVo breast eagle. The bottom eagle looks to be a 2nd style/pattern (white on dark green) Heer enlistedmans BeVo breast eagle.

Both of these eagles were worn by enlisted soldiers and Noncomissioned officer above the tunics right breast pocket.

Thanks for your answers guys ! I had no doubt they were originals because a Canadian veteran gave them to me !

But one more question if you permit me, the meaning of BeVo ? Breast Eagles for volunteers ?

          Greetings All,

BeVo is the type of manufacture. These are Bevo weave eagles. BeVo is the conjunction of two words I cannot remember at the moment.
