Just my two cents...
I would say the original EM's litzen are no longer there judging by the missing threads I see in the underside photo. There are traces of the original threads but many are missing.
The eagle is an obvious re-applied piece.
All in all - completely post-war re-badged later manufacture 1941 tunic - which includes the C/T.

Agree with Mark. Insignia looks post war applied including the good AKCT.
Another nice tunic souped-up.

The tunic has been completely stripped and rebadged post war as far as I'm concerned.
Perhaps it was received without the collar tabs (the em's have definitely been removed) and the restorer couldn't find original examples.
