Very ugly cheap Asian fake with "fantasy splinter" pattern..
Had one of this some years ago.

I have seen that repro fabric before with the cutouts in the brown part of the pattern so the green rain drops with show up better. As far as I know that was a feature not found on originals, where the green rain drops are printed right over the brown.
