No, these board has the light green color of the Jäger / Gebirgsjäger (or e.g. MG Btl 2 in Africa) units. PzGren units wore lime green piped boards.

This looks to be a medium green piping for rifle and motorcycle units early on in Africa. It's essentially the same color as mountain and Jaeger troops. Refer to McGuirk's book Rommel's Army in Africa, page 138. IMO a fairly commonly found color.
