Hello chahler, I have never seen a piece of insignia like this! It appears to be a depiction of a helmet decal. No idea!

I, too, have never seen anything like this not on a helmet. The "pine bark" torso might be a futuristic design and meant for a sports vest used here in the deep south!

Probably a post-war fantasy item of some kind, in my opinion. The printing is not typical of WWII German printed insignia.
