Heer NCO M42 tunic - Well worn - Wish it could talk

    Gentlemen,

today I would like to show you my latest arrival - and probably the last one for this year - a very salty and well worn Heer M 42 tunic for an NCO.

The tunic is made out of the typical mid war quality wool.
The collar has factory applied collar tabs and a machine sewn, subdued NCO treese and it's in a different shade than the jacket.

The cuffs have been shortened and the former bearer has also added a little hook and eye on the lower front.

The breast eagle seems to be replaced/resewn at some point but it fits the overall condition of the tunic.

At this point I would like to thank Mr. Davis for the smooth transaction and my dear friend Rob for helping me out.

Anyhow, I’ll let the photos do the talking now.

Thank you all for looking and posting.

    Cheers,
    Philipp

By the way some the photos turned out a bit too dark.

You couldn't ask for any more out of a killer combat tunic. Great addition man and congrats! Matt

Really nice service blouse Philipp. I was admiring this one on VG.

Have you found some shoulder straps to match it yet?
