Zollgrenzshulz (customs) Question

There is a thread in the photos/paper forum with an interesting picture of Swiss, Italian, and German border guards. If anyone has some knowledge of Customs uniforms,please take a look at the picture I posted for a new member and see if you can identify the patch on the Germans left arm.
