it looks good to me .
Is it early one ?
What could be fair price for it ?

From what I can tell from the poor and out of focus photos, this looks to be a mid- to late-war Gebirgsjäger Windbluse. It seems like all the buttons have been remove, as well as the neck flap. The material is a heavy olive green canvas with the reverse side painted with white rubberized paint.
