Unknow Cufflinks / Need help

Please forgive me but I need help with this cufflinks.
I know this symbol, but it can not assign. Think it is a division signs but from which ? Maybe anybody can help

IMO does not relate to the military. What are the back markings ? I know what you may be thinking of , the dog possibly for the windhund 116th pzr div. That, if that is what you are thinking is a different looking dog, more like a greyhound.

Imo is it the signs of a infanterie regiment but i'am not sure. It's not Windhund !
