I believe this old steel or metal die-cast was produced Ludwig Kramer firm in Germany.

Would you be able to assist me in identifying the item that was manufactured? what would the logo ERFA and the design represent?I can see a pair of wheels, pair of wings, lighting rods on each side...



I believe it to be connected to railway or transport in some way...
