Weird...all the materials (inside and outside fabric) look American! (but not the buttons or cut of course)
Even the washed out look is the same as used US combat clothing!
Depicted is a pair of US combat M43 pants!

It is hard to tell with these images, like tunics there are some German WWII low production items that used "odd" fabrics including OD canvas. And there are field made items made from Allied Fabrics and clothing. They could be non-German as well and post War, the buttons can often be a good clue. Can you post a clear picture of the fabric itself?
