So also Kriegsmarine...(not saying it's definately a coastal uniform but do have a name that matches)

I really look forward to seeing this completed. I agree with Ian, that th r crossed the c. Also, I do think it's "Valter", it looks like a "V" instead of a "W" Not that this means much, since some people have very bad hand writing(me included)
