Can you open it up and post a shot of the insides? I am not crazy about it and have never seen sewing like that around a buttonhole and lack of it on the bottom part button hole, and the sewing holding the pipeing to the strap looks poorly done and odd. I by no means am any sort of expert but if offered this I would pass, lets see what others say?

Here are a couple more pics. It appears that it had a cypher on it at some point. It is also the proper size.
