Artillery/flak boards

Can anyone help me to identify what these are? One has a very dark green backing and reminds me of an SS (if it was black). The second one has a green backing.

Beamter Judicial - The upside-down 2 was added later

The top board is totally messed with. Officer rank pips were gold, not silver. You can see that it originally had larger pips attached. And the '2' is upside down. Disregarding the improper metal devices, if the branch color is pink the board itself is probably LW engineer corps administrative official.

The color on both is red.

Always hard to tell the exact color from a photo. Here are the 'red' possibilities:

bright red: Administrative officials (terminology changes were made several times)
wine red: Judicial officials
crimson: Supreme Reich Court Martial

There are bright red for Luftwaffe General Administrative Corps.

Maybe the original owner could have applied the 2 if he were attached to the 2nd Flak Regiment... just an alternative train of thought.
