Breast Eagle NCO

I did research, and I think that this is an early NCO breast eagle. I am not 100% sure. Could someone tell me what they know about this breast eagle. It could be fake, but here is a link to one just like it.

It is a fake. And i don´t like th material were it is sewn on.
