StuG Strap

I was told that this would be a StuG strap. It seems ok to me.

Was the 191st a dedicated StuG unit?

Can you open it up and take a photo of the lineing material and post it? looks OK so far IMO. would be nice if you had its mate!

So, it seems this could have been the 191st StuG, but also could have been just the 191st artillery. Thanks naxos!

Here is the back. I noticed that the 1st '1' has different pins than the other. Also, I am posting a picture of the tress. The bottom tress is a different tone, so may have been added later (at promotion?).

Yes that is why the bottom tress is different, Added later after a promotion. nice strap!
