Need opinion on 2 tunics

Here are 2 tunics owned by my uncle.

Can anyone confirm that they are authentic and what model they are?

Insignias possible ok, but the tunics seems to be BGS.

Both bad (modern German) tunics (Grenzschutz?) and besides that, the insignia are a terrible mis-match...
(officers-enlisted mixed up, branch colors mixed up)
Insignia might be OK. The shoulderboards might be period polizei...and officer tabs, especially the medical tabs look good (M44 flat woven types)... and the panzer enlisted M36 sew-in straps might be OK...Breast eagle not sure about but definately some salvageable parts!
I bet if you remove the crooked name tag you will find a modern German stamp!

Stuff that reminds me of 1970s and 80s Militaria shows and flea markets. The tabs look real and the eagles. Not sure on the boards.

Remember seeing something like this being sold at Unique Imports in magazine ads. They had both em & officers tunic and I think a Luftwaffe tunic too.

Thanks for the information. These are indeed old ones, since my uncle had them for so long. I will probably strip the insigna and sell the mseperatly. What would be the value of such pieces?
