Well,....if real; this must have very likely been some kind of private purchase IMO?
Personally I never really fancy the tabs with the piping joined in the middle, although it seems to have occured and they make a proper fit with the rest...Comment

Private purchase no doubt than!! Nice early flat wire breast eagle too. Looks like early wool color, or captured Dutch wool in color
(more polizei in color than Feld-grau!), all good signs to me but I am not a wrapper expert. I do like it.
It has a central seam in the back but the front closure flap almost looks more SS in cut (straight down), so custom tailored like this!
