Pair of heer t-shape cap insignia for comment

Hi Gentlemen,

Here is a pair of heer t-shape cap insignia, still on their BeVo backing, for comment. Apologies if these are one-lookers for the experts. There's lots I like about these, but second opinions from guys who know their stuff are always appreciated. I have seen a few examples that I was sure were good, and more knowledgable collectors have said they were bad.
