Green great coat (Strange?)

I can buy this great coat, he askes 150euro for it.
But I think it's a strange one? Or am I wrong?

I hve looked on the internet and in the book Deutsche Soldaten, but didn't find anything yet.
First I tought, maybe a HJ, but the collor of the coat is light green/olive green, On the photo's is it much darker.
The pockets or also different then a HJ or Flak helper. I think?
And what about the spots in the inside?
You can feel with your finger that there is some kind of liquid (blood?), I dont know what, on it.
Is the wear consistant for you guy's?
Can't find any markings or so.
The buttons are RZM M5/164 (the top button is missing).

I would love to receive some information .

It only has one row of buttons also, not normal, but still looks period.

Is it possible that this is a private made coat?

There is a story going around here, that when the Germans occupied Belgium, they let the Belgian cloth makers make German clothes, differant then the standard German, but on many ways the same. The inside and some shapes do remind me of a Belgian Cavalry coat...

What do you think?
