    Hi,
    Found this photo today.
    Shows a WH soldier witout cap eagle and somekind of armband.
    Any ideas what kind of soldier he could be?

        Clearly VS based on the armband.
        Another clue: per the regs VS never wore shoulder straps! Neat image!
