HBT trousers / Drillich Hose - your opinions please

    Greetings,

While I normally frequent the British/Commonwealth forum I am currently in need of some advice from the experts here. I have a pair of unissued Drillich trousers and, after reading through many of the threads analyzing HBT material, stitching and so on, I would still value some more input from people who know these items well. I have plenty of British and US material but very few German items to compare.

There are no internal stamps or markings that I can find anywhere. The side buckles are stamped 'PRIMA'.

    Thanks in advance, Matthew

Is there anyone out there able or willing to make a comment on these trousers? I recently purchased them and have a chance to return them if there are problems - any input on the material, stitching or general setup would be great.

                Hello
Based on the reverse material, they are original.

Thank you so much for the replies so far. Any more comments?

Having looked at many of the other examples on the forum I noticed most seem to have the pressed metal buttons. Many of the ones I saw with the presstoff or bakelite buttons seemed to be classed as the French fakes which are on the market. These bakelite buttons seem to have more of a shaft on the reverse than the others I could see. Even though I live in France these were actually picked up in Germany.
