What do you think about them?
Is there any difference between these boards from 1941 and late war pattern boards?

These are genuine boards....not quite sure how you have dated them? Late war boards might contain non metallic materials like celleon. The boards already vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and changes were made according to the latest regulations concerning them and materials available. All that regulation and changes info is located in various insignia books. The pips look fine on these too, and are of general rank quality, although not the super sized pips that are often seen.

Good celleon boards with unusual pipes. Typical general offcier pipes are much more biger.
The boards could be around 1943.

Seller dated them on 41. For me looks late too.
