Junk....or possibly Italian made KM....that is what it looks like to me, especially with th ered backing cloth.

I agree, Italian also with black accent threads an off angle swastika.

A Kriegs Marine eagle not panzer as has been stated, for frock coats, reefer jackets and mess jackets.
