Nice boards and non matching pips are quite common, but maybe not preferred. You take what you can get.

I agree. Depending on the type of metal it is not unusual for the gold wash to have oxidized. I've seen many boards with mismatched pips and officer pips missing the gold wash.

killer boards, only problem is that they are not with my other pz gren boards CPT boards are hard to come by for what ever reason. You can find a ton of LTs and field grade officer stuff but CPTs are just uncommon. Matt

Gentlemen,

Many thanks for all your feedback. Sadly, I just missed them on eBay! Oh well, I can put the money towards something else...Gotta say something to cheer myself up!
