One of the nicest that I have seen. I am a fan of the shirt type eagles used on some these....maybe because they are different. For whatever reason the trousers made of this material seem to be about 10:1 more common to find than the tunics made of this fabric.....remarkable in that trousers in general are maybe 10:1 harder to find than tunics in general.

I stay up wondering about these kind of things.....maybe I need serious help. I'm wondering if by 43/43 when this confiscated fabric started being used in production German uniforms if a decision was made to use most of it on trousers since their wear out rate was about twice as fact as the tunics...meaning that this material was much harder wearing and might last or even outlast a standard woolen tunic?
