Wow...By the way, i'm glad to have starting something to add to the community knowledge...I've realized that all these uncommon features on these wrappers (strange shape of the side adjustment tape lining, the tape with folded and stitched ends, the more spaced soutache braid from the grey litzen and the ugly eagle stitchings) they are effectively common and typical for this producer, maybe because the Austrian makers were regulated by a less heavy rules than the Germans colleagues...

The initial theme of this thread has been addressed I believe. That being , the example first posted is an Original garment.

However, IMHO, there is some overreaching being done here and some people might be left swimming in deep water.

just to satisfy my own curiosity, to M. Singer anf Frozzer, is the bias material used in your respective wraps identica or different comparing the one of the third wrap shown in #12 by Alex ?
no need to "prove" anything with pics, a simple check and repport would be appropriate here.
