Unknown Shoulder Knots

Hello,

Can anyone identify these shoulder knots? I’m assuming they are German because they came with some other German items?

Those are Shulterschnur for a Sonderfuhrer Post group B (Batallionsfuhrer, Abteilungsfuhrer) as per 1939 regulations.
