Shoulderboards Panzer - ok or crap?

as Heer insignia is not my field i just need help from the experts here

Got this pair of shoulderboards and now asking if ok or crap.

Greetings All,

I have a few pair of shoulder boards and to me this looks alot like a Private purchase tailor made pair. The small strap underneath and the piping caught my eye.

The thing that makes me wonder about these are the officer aspariant slip-ons and the closing bar on the board. This appears to be cuff tress/piping/trim for a Naval administrative uniform! It is no Heer tress that I have ever seen.

My take is original tailor made boards...the tresse additions may have been done by the soldier himself with what was available...or collector/dealer done to suit a need. Nice basketweave panzer piping, more common on SS panzer boards and Heer dress boards, so that may be another possibility!

Looks like the same style as ones attached to one of tunics. The piping looks red in the photo but it is actually pink.
