IMO probably reproduction. Is it a SS dot camo HBT?

50 tunic back,45 collar length,105 chest perimeter,72 total length,65 sleeve length all in centimeters.Those are no good stampings however,Johnny is right

Repro, the Germans didn't have an 105 chest size. It should have 104 or 106 chest.
