    Gross Deutschland epaulettes-need advice


    Hi I wonder if any one could tell me if these are fake or not and they are going for $110.00 US Dollars. I have copied and pasted and created pdf document as I found them on a local auction site. I am sorry they are so small but I cannot upload any bigger

    Very bad Pics but all wrong on it.Green piping,Metal Insignia on EM Boards.Nothing correct.

      about the shoulderboards i would agree the would be bad,better picture's needed. But on the metaldivice's i would say, that is not unpossible for a em ore a officier candidate to where in the field metal Gd divice's . tranfers, promotions
      actualy i have seen that in period wochenshau's .

      Look at soms waffen ss men they whore metal eagle and skuls on their sidecap
      and m43 caps aswel.

        Yes,you are right,but from EM to Officier candidate(or NCO) is long way.For me they are definitely not GD Boards.

            Maybe they were for GD mountaintroop officer candidates using em straps to protect them against snipers. We know anything was possible with the Germans and they all ignored regulations. Jacques

                          Super Foto..You can see revers from NCO Boards(Oberfeldwebel) with 2 Stern and metal GD Insignia.You can see his collar with NCO tresse.Nothing wrong or extra in this Foto.

                            Al credit go's to the bundesarchiv ! the other one is a picture that is in my paperwork somewhere,,, of little Hans
                            I realy love to study periodic pictures, we can learn quite a bit of it,the best mannequins for me are dressed up by periodic pics.
