I received a bunch of stuff from my uncle a while back that had belonged to my grandfather. It was actually a combination of stuff that had been my grandfather’s and stuff that my uncle picked up at surplus stores as a kid. I’ve sorted out the US militaria but have a few Third Reich pieces that were picked up by my uncle. There are two different epaulettes and a totenkopf that I’m inquiring about here and an SS flag that I’ve posted in the flag, pennant and standard Forum forum. Can the experts here confirm? If real, what ranks and specialty/branch do the epaulettes represent? Thanks for looking.

The one is for an HV Official's. The nebefarbe (secondary color) appears to be white, so it would be for an Oberstabzahlmeister, and could belong to any of about 10 different trades/careers.
The other appears to be Luftwaffe in nature. It would have something to do with the signals branch due to the yellow Waffenfarbe, and maybe a school due to the devices.
